Returns and Refunds Policy

At Shop Cancelled Goods, all sales are considered final due to our commitment to offering low closeout prices on cancelled goods. We do not accept returns, and we do not provide refunds under typical circumstances.

No Returns Accepted

• Final Sale Items: All items sold on our site are final sale. Due to the nature of our business as a cancelled goods store, we are unable to accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to sizing or fit issues.
• Incorrect Merchandise: If you receive an item that does not match the description or is incorrect, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will review the discrepancy and arrange a return for the incorrect item and send the correct item.

Exceptions

• Incorrect Shipment Only: We will only accept a return if the incorrect merchandise was shipped. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at shopcancelledgoods@gmail.com or call us at 323-393-7335 to arrange for the return.
